We use Paypal to process our secure payments. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay via Paypal. Just click on the 'Don't have a Paypal account?' text at the checkout and enter your credit or debit card details in the boxes provided.
Please refer to the delivery page to see our current delivery time estimates. Kindly note that as our lingerie is hand made to order some of the more intricate and time consuming pieces may take slightly longer. Similarly if you are just ordering our ready made garments, such as hosiery, then your order will likely be despatched much more quickly. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email notification letting you know it is on it's way to you. The delivery time then depends on where in the world you live. Please also note that the delivery times given are estimations and at busy times, such as Christmas, there may be some delays that are outside our control. For this reason if you are buying something as a gift or for a special occasion we advise that you allow at least a month for delivery from the date of order. We do offer paid delivery upgrades, details of which can be found on the delivery page. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control and you will be responsible for these charges as you are the customer and importer.
If you happen to order the wrong size lingerie we will happily replace it with another size, provided that it is unworn and in perfect condition. Please refer to the Fitting Room to find your correct size and contact us for advice. We even offer free replacement size postage to our UK customers. Please note that you will have to pay the return postage and we advise that you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Lingerie that is not made to order, such as hosiery, may be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unworn, in perfect condition and still in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. Please note that you will have to pay the return postage and we advise that you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. We apologise that made to order lingerie is not eligible for a return unless faulty. However, if you order the incorrect size you may exchange it for another size - please see above.
