Your Bra Size

To help you order the correct Arabel underwired bra size I have put together this easy step-by step guide.

Step 1 – Get Ready

First, select your favourite non-padded underwired bra – the one that fits you the best. Slip it on, making sure the straps are adjusted properly and your breasts fill the cups. Now grab a tape measure and position yourself side on in front of a mirror.

*Tip* It helps if you lean forwards, gently scoop your breast tissue into the cups and then adjust the straps accordingly.

Step 2 – Your Band Size

Next, wrap the tape measure snugly around your rib cage just below your bust. Ensure you are standing up straight and the tape is level all around your body. Now take a note of the measurement in inches. If the number is odd then add 3 inches, if the number is even add 4 inches. This is your Band Size.

*Example* If your under bust measurement is 26 inches you would add 4 inches. This would make your Band Size 30.

Step 3 – Your Full Bust

Next, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust. As before make sure you are standing up straight and that the tape measure is level around your back. If you measure in between two inches then round up or down to the nearest inch. Make a note of that measurement too. This is your Full Bust.

*Example* If you meausure 31.5" then your Full Bust is 32

Calculate your bra cup size and find out whether you need an AAA, AA, A, B or C cup bra.

Step 4 – Your Cup Size

Now, work out the difference in inches between your Band Size and your Full Bust. Then take a look at the table to find your Cup Size.

*Example* If your Band Size is 30 and your Full Bust is 32 then your Cup Size is B.

Step 5 – Your Bra Size

Now you have your Band Size and Cup Size, all there is left to do is put them together and order yourself a lovely new set of lingerie! Then make yourself a cup of tea – you deserve it!

*Example* If your Band Size is 30 and your Cup Size is B then... you are a 30B.
